Main Dharamshala - Pujya Chhaganbapa Smarak Bhavan
Main dharamshala building was constructed in 1952. At that time, Governor of Uttarpradesh Late Shri Kanaiyalal M. Munshi has inaugurated Gujarat Bhavan on 3rd March 1952.
Sanatorium - 2 - Shrimati Jamnabai Narsi Bhavan (1954)
In 1952, Late shri Nanaji Kalidas Mehta came to see the building of dharamshala and he was very happy to see progress and has donated nearby plot to institution. On that plot, with the help of donors, in 1956, 22 room were constructed and passengers were allowed to stay from April Month. This Sanatorium is "JAMNABAI NARSI BHAVAN".
Sanatorium - 1 0 Shri S. K. Thakkar Bhavan (1964)
The plot of Late Sheth shri S. K. Thakkar was just 2 building besides the dharamshala. This plot had been donated by his wife Late Champaben. On this plot with the help of donors, on 14-05-1964, building constructed with 8 block.
Sanatorium - 3 - Raobahadur Late Shri Karamshi Damji Aarogya Bhavan (1970)
Plot was purchased behind dharamshala building and with the help of 8 donors, building was constructed with 8 block and named as "Raobahadur Late Shri Karamshi Damji Aarogya Bhavan"
Sanatorium - 4 - Tulsidas Kilachand Bhavan (1972)
In 1972, with the help of other doners, building was constructed named as "Tulsidas Kilachand Bhavan"
Sanatorium - 5 - RADHAMOHAN CHOKSI BHAVAN (1984)
The plot was purchased near building of Dharamshala and on this plot building was constructed with 3 floors with 27 rooms. Inauguration of this new building was done by Shri Jamnadas kothari on "DASERA" DATE: 04-10-1984. Mangaldip was enlighten by Shri Amrutlal Yagnik. On "dasera", date:22-10-1985, the new building was name as "SHRI RADHAMOHAN CHOKSI BHAVAN" in the presence of donor Shri Mohanlal Choksi, Shrimati Radhaben Mohanlal Choksi.
