Special Notice For Visit Our Dharamshala

RULES AND REGULATION TO STAY IN DHARAMSHALA:

1. Dharamshala is only for "VEGETARIANS" .
2. Yatris can stay in Dharamshala for maximum of 15 days.
3. Advance Booking : The Dharamshala shall make advance booking for minimum of 5 days and maximum of 15 days and booking amount should be remitted at least 2 months in advance from the date of stay. Yatri may contact at Mumbai Office (Phone 0091-22-22016994) from Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays) from 11AM to 4PM. Contact Person Mrs. Varsha and Haridwar Office (Phone : 0091-1334-227153) on all working days from 11AM to 8PM. Contact Person Mrs. Madhuri.
4. Reservation Form can be obtained from Office or downloaded from our website GUJARATIDHARAMSHALAHARIDWAR.COM. Yatri must read all the rules carefully and fill the reservation form properly with Full Name, Address, Proper contact Telephone Number or Mobile Number and also fill contact number of relatives or guardian so they can be contacted in case of emergency.
5. Yatri should carry Photo ID, Address Proof in ORIGINAL and copy of the same for submission at the time of occupying the rooms/blocks in Dharamshala.
6. Deposit can be only accepted if your reservation has been done. Deposit can be given by cash, money order, Demand Draft or online transfer. MO or DD should be in the name of "SHRI HARIDWAR GUJARATI DHARAMSHALA TRUST" OF MUMBAI BANK ONLY.
7. Maximum 6 Yatris along with children  can stay in room as per their capacity mentioned in reservation form. No person can stay in rooms/blocks whose name is not mentioned in reservation form.
8. Reserved Block / Room can not be changed. It can be changed only in case of unavoidable circumstances.
9. There is a facility of kitchen in a Block. At Haridwar Office, you can use gas or utensils by paying extra gas charge.
10. Only 2 Yatris can stay in a Deluxe Room. Only occupying parents and 1 child age below 6 years will be allowed. No extra bed will be provided.
11. If Yatri can not reach at Dharamshala as per date mentioned in reservation form, Dharamshala will wait for 2 day for that Yatri. After this period, reservation will be treated as Cancelled and deposit can not be refunded.
12. The Safai charge for Block / Room will be calculated for period from midnight of reserved date  to midnight of end date on 24 hours basis.
13. Dharamshala is nearby to Bus station, Railway Station.
14. If for any reason there is cancellation and you informed to Dharamshala 15 days before the date of arrival, 75% of the advance money will be refunded and NO REFUND shall be entertained if the request for any Cancellation is given less than 15 days before the date of the arrival.
15. The Management reserves the right to change the room/block booked in advance by yatri in case of unavoidable circumstances.
16. Consumption and carrying of alcoholic drinks or substance and smoking of cigarette / bidi is strictly prohibited in Dharamshala.
17. The yatri shall compensate for any damage caused to property or assets of Dharamshala.
18. The yatris will have to pay enhanced safai charges if the management enhances safai charges.

This online payment system for accommodation is provided by Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust. These terms and condition from time to time may change. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust is India.

Terms & Conditions:

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

• Online room booking facility opens to the pilgrims 20days prior to the date of check in. The booking has to be made at least 2 days prior to the date of check in.
• The pilgrim who books the room and claims lodging facility should be above 18 years of age.
• Booking is for 24 hours only.
• Once booked-rooms are not transferable. Also there is no provision for postponing or advancing of the dates of the booked-rooms.
• Check- in time is open between 7.00am and 9.00pm as per the selection made during booking.
• From the booking hour’s maximum of 2hours can be extended for check-in. After two hours of the opted check-in time, the booking gets automatically cancelled.
• Rooms can be booked only once and subsequent booking can be done only after thirty days from the previous booking date and extension of booking is not allowed.
• The pilgrim can claim his booking on the arrival by submission of the printed confirmation-copy/SMS only in the booked building.
• At the check in counter the person in whose name the room is booked should be present and his ID Proof should match the one used for booking.
• The pilgrim is required to pay a refundable-security deposit at the time of check-in and same shall be refunded in case of no damage claims.
• The guest house- authority does not accept the responsibility for any unforeseen damage or loss or accidents during the stay.
• Cancellation of rooms booked is allowed only two days earlier to the check-in date. In case of cancellation 50% of the amount paid as advance room rent would be refunded within 20 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Married couples can claim their booking with proper ID / Identification.
• Guest house-authority reserves the right to cancel the booking without the prior notice in circumstances beyond control/ unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.
• The guest house management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
• In case of claim for refund of any kind of deposit, the Management reserves the right to decide.
• No arrangements for Dharshan will be made by the Guest house-authority.

Guidelines:

• Consumption of alcohol and non vegetarian food, smoking and carrying explosive materials inside the rooms and in the temple premises are strictly prohibited.
• Marriages, functions, events, parties or any other ritual inside the room, Photography and videography inside the guesthouse premises strictly prohibited.
• Cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited.
• Strictly Pets are not allowed.
• Room service is not available.

• Your payment will normally reach the Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust, account to which you are making a payment within three working days. Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust, account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment the Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust, be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether under the guise of warranty, contract, tort or any other legal infirmity and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of rooms booked is allowed only two days earlier to the check-in date. In case of cancellation 50% of the amount paid as advance room rent would be refunded within 20 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Refunds, if applicable are at the discretion of the Management and will only be made up to 50% to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction claims in this regard shall be made prior to 2 days of check in time.
• Transactions which are successfully debited by the payment gateway but not confirmed back to Shree Haridwar Gujarati Dharamshala Trust system are deemed to be failed transactions. All such transactions are eligible for refund post reconciliation. In such transactions, money is refunded in 10-15 working days.
